Buy now and you have until January 13, 2018 for an exchange or a refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges in stores between December 26th and 31st.
No returns on cosmetics products and items in LIQUIDATION.
To make a return from Canada, you must use the Return Label that you received in the same package as your purchase. Make sure that your parcel is securely packed, then affix the adhesive label to the largest side of your package. Also include the delivery receipt or a copy of the invoice that you received by email. You are now ready to send your package by mail, free of charge. Once we receive your package at our warehouse, the price of the product will be fully refunded along with applicable taxes. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. * If you want to returns from the USA, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
If you have lost the Return label, you can print a new one by visiting canadapost.ca. You’ll find it in the Tools section under the heading Parcel Return Labels. You’ll need to have your order number in hand which you can find either on your delivery receipt, on the invoice you received by email when you made your purchase, or in the My Account section on carolineneron.com.

CAROLINE NERON guarantees all jewelry within 6 months of the date it was purchased (proof of purchase required) if the defect is a result of the production and/or manufacturing process. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty so the item will be evaluated by our quality control experts. EXCEPTIONS: CAROLINE NERON guarantees watches for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required). This warranty does not cover accidents, abuse, negligence or wear from normal use. The warranty also excludes the bracelet and the glass, and will be refused if the watch has been opened or manipulated by anyone other than the authorized retailer.
If you wish to take advantage of the 6-month warranty in the case of breakage, there are two ways to proceed with the return of your defective product:
1 - Pass by one of our stores to have the defective product replaced. You can find the complete list of outlets in the FIND A STORE section.
2 - Contact Customer Service at 1-855-996-3766 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to order a Return Label. The Return Label will be sent to you by email. Just print it and apply it to the package. Then drop by any Canada Post office to send your package, free of charge. Once we receive your package at our warehouse, the price of the product will be fully refunded along with applicable taxes. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Following this, we will send you the new product in exchange, charge you for the product without extra shipping charges.
